In order to improve our cooperation with the customers we have developed a revision policy that helps clients to get the papers refined and adjusted after the completed tasks are delivered to the customer’s personal area at the website. As aims at the highest quality products delivery we are willing to give the customer an opportunity to get a perfect paper with all the requirements implemented. To proceed with the revision process, check the revision policy of our company:

  1. Instructions for paper adjusting. Our customers are asked to provide the revision requirements, which are not opposing to the ones indicated in the order form by the customer from the very beginning. The additional payment will be required if the customer insists on completing the revision by a writer according to the instructions, which are new.
  2. Requesting a revision. Sending a revision request is simple. The customer has to send the revision message (with the requirements for the paper’s adjustment and a time frame for it) to the writer or a support team from the account. Also, there is an option of revision request in the client’s personal account.
  3. Free revision availability. We are glad to provide you with the revisions with no limits, which are free of any charge. However, the time for them is limited – you have 10 days after the paper’s completion to send a revision request. Please, meet this deadline of getting the free revision with the intention of getting a perfect paper and eluding any possible misunderstandings during our future cooperation.
  4. Instructions’ modifications. Sometimes customers need to change the instruction, which they have indicated initially. We will be glad to help you with this issue but, please, note that additional payment will be asked for the modified instructions revision as the writer will have to complete new work. The extra amount, which you will be asked to pay, will depend on your time limit and the specifications of your new instructions. The additional payment is calculated by the support team after the writer confirms new instructions.
  5. Reassignment of your writer. In case when the customer complaints that the first assigned writer is unable to complete the assignment according to the requested standard we offer the option of writer’s reassignment. However, there are certain restrictions for this option. In particular, the customer has to provide a full explanation of details why the paper is not satisfactory. Secondly, reassignment is available only after at least 3 revisions were performed.
  6. The option of progressive delivery. We are glad to offer a helpful option for our loyal customers that are placing the orders for 30 pages or more. Progressive delivery enables the customer to get the paper revised within 20 days after the first revision instead of 10 days time limit.
  7. Refund and revision. Money back opportunity is restricted by the revision process: it is not possible to open a dispute on the order if no revisions were performed. If you have an urgent order with you need to have your paper revised for at least once. In case the deadline of your assignment was 24 hours or more your need to get minimum 2 revisions. We demand that our customers provide valid and precise arguments for the refund request.
  8. Revision time limits. We revise the orders within 3 hours minimum. However, if your order was placed for 12, 8 or 4 hours you can get it refined within 2 hours. We encourage our customers to give us as much time as possible as usually proper editing or restructuring require enough time.
  9. Money back option. The customer must have the paper revised, at least, for once (urgent deadline orders) or twice for longer-deadlines orders to be able to open a dispute on it. If we did not receive any revision emails, messages or requests from the customer we are not able to start the dispute process of the order, which means that no refund can be issued with the exception of writer’s category change refund.
